Shortly after making its name known in the industry.  O-Clay quickly grew into a full service ceramic company.  Producing not only its own signature design, but also accepting custom-made orders for a wide range of clients requirements.  O-Clay has earned respect from clients worldwide as one of the most reliable, honest and on-time ceramic manufacturers available in Thailand.

About the Factory
 

Located on a 10, 000 sq. meter property in Nakhonpathom Province (97km from Bangkok), Thailand.  O-Clay factory is equipped with industry standard machines and is operated by highly trained staff.  We are capable of producing high volume to meet the demand of the market.

At the factory, we handle the production from clay to moulding/casting, from firing to glazing, and from colouring to applying decal designs.  To assure highest quality, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping.  Each individual piece is properly packed and protected in its own box.  Oversized items will have custom made boxes built.

Raw Materials
Good ceramics starts with the right clay! O-Clay specialises in White Eathenware, Stoneware and Procelain

Casting
Plaster moulds is the technique we use to create prototype. Slip (liquid clay) is poured into these plaster moulds to create the greenware.

Firing
Various gas kilns were installed. Each with different capacity (from 1/4 Cb.M upt 4 Cb.M.)

Glazing
To acquire accuracy in colour glazing and smooth coating, our technician developed techniques and tested the colour in our own colour laboratory

Quality Control
To maintain high quality, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipping
